Melanie began serving as a pastor at FaithWorks in 2015 and continues to love her work! She especially appreciates the informal, family-like culture of FaithWorks and cares deeply about making it a safe and welcoming community for everyone.
Melanie is married to John and they have two adult sons - Jordan and Nathan. She loves spending time with family and friends and is a fan of used book stores, board games, and bubble tea. Her list of favourite writers is always expanding but Anne Lamott, Barbara Brown Taylor, Fredrik Backman, and Elizabeth Strout never get old.
Melanie loves having conversations with people about what matters in life and trusts that God is present in it all.
